कञ्चनपुर जिल्लाको पूर्वी स्थानमा अति पिछडिएको दुर्गम स्थानमा पुनर्वास नगरपालिका को दक्षिण स्थान र भारत को सिमाना पर्ने प्याराताल नजिक रहेको मोतियाफाटा गाँउमा२०६३ सालमा यो विधालय को स्थापना भएको थियो । यस मोतियाफाटा गाँउ प्रजातन्त्र प्राप्तिपछि वि.स २०५३ सालमा त्याहा भएको खाली ठाउमा सुकुम्बासी हरुको बसोबास रहेको पाइन्छ ।यस वस्तीमा दलित जाति हरु अत्याधिक र अन्य जातजातिका मानिसहरु कम मात्रा मा रहेको पाइन्छ । यस मोतियाफाटा गाँउ बाट याहा का बालबालिका हरुले अन्य विधालयमा गएर शिक्षा हासिल गर्न ज्यादै कठिनाइ पर्ने हुदा यस गाँउका समाजसेवी र गाँउवासिन्दाको सहयोग मा प्राथमिक विधालय को आवश्यकता महसुस गरी वि.स २०६३ सालमा त्यहि गाँउको पिपलको बोट मुनीबाट विधालय स्थापना गरिएको थियो । यो विधालय सुरुमा सञ्चालन गर्न यस गाँउका बासिन्दाहरुले आफै सुकुम्बासी भएर पनी आफुले सक्दो चन्दा र ुसृश्रमदान गरी गाउको ठिक पूर्वपट्टी खाली ठाउमा खरको सानो झुपडी बनाई अध्यापन संचालन गरिएको थियो । यस विधालय संचालन हुदा संस्थापक प्र.अ श्री सुरेश नेपाली र संस्थापक अध्यक्ष श्री मन्विर सुनार हुनुहुन्छ । र त्यस पछि विधालय संचालन …
Established in 2006 (2063 B.S.) this school is located in Motiyaphata village near Pyaratal, adjacent to the Indian border in the southern part of Punarbas Municipality—a highly underdeveloped and remote area in the eastern region of Kanchanpur district. Following the restoration of democracy, landless squatters settled in the vacant land of Motiyaphata village around 1996 (2053 B.S.). The settlement primarily consists of a Dalit majority alongside a smaller population of other communities.
Because children from Motiyaphata faced severe difficulties commuting to other schools for their education, local social workers and residents recognized the urgent need for a primary school.
